岗位职责：
1）参与制订公司销售战略，实施销售计划；
2）定期对市场销售环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整销售策略和计划，确保完成销售目标和销售计划；
3）定期和不定期拜访重点客户，及时了解和处理问题；
4）负责重大销售合同的谈判与签订；
5）负责销售队伍的建设与培养。

任职要求：
1）生物学或医学相关专业本科及以上学历；
2）1年以上生物行业营销/市场管理、运作经验；
3）具有生物试剂、仪器及检测服务的销售工作经验；
4）具有较强的语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力及人际沟通能力；
5）能适应出差。
