岗位职责：
1、负责公司组织结构等各项人事管理事宜，制定组织方案促进各部门各层级的责权划分；
2、拟定、解释及推进公司的人事制度及人事政策；
3、人力分析，加强公司人力资源的有效运用；
4、优化招聘、培训流程，根据公司的用人需求，制定招聘、培训计划并组织实施；
5、协助开展员工职业发展规划，实施各类培训活动；
6、负责处理各项员工劳动关系事宜，协调内外关系，维护与劳动管理部门的联系。；
7、完善薪酬福利体系，控制预算执行情况，定期开展薪资福利市场调查；
8、完善员工绩效考核体系，协助业务部门提高工作效率。

任职要求：
1、从事人力资源管理工作五年以上，管理经验2年以上；
2、对人力资源战略规划、薪酬设计、绩效考核、制度建设等具有实践经验及方案设计能力；
3、品行端正，责任心强，能承担较大工作压力；
4、英语良好，熟练操作办公自动化软件，如word、excel、PPT。
