1. Responsibilities

As the Equipment Engineer , you will:

- Daily routine checking on production line to ensure equipments can fully support to “Flow Line” running smoothly.

- Generate and implement equipment PM plan, arrange the regular maintenance tasks and to improve machine uptime and OEE thru implement continues improvement activities.

- Coordinate with equipment supplier on the installation of new equipment, debugging and equipment release.

- Setup maintenance history record and trouble shooting data, maintenance instruction and make improvement action.

- Lead and coach technicians and operators, deploy TPM in operations.

- Prepare equipment management document to ensure equipment are operated in its designated order.

- Analyzing the potential weakness and risk of the production line, establish the solution and contingency plan.

- To provide technical support to capital goods buyer to identify specification of equipment.

- Build machine BOM list and managing spare part safety stock.

2.Qualifications - Bachelor degree with major of mechanical/electrical Engineering or Automation.

- 4 years above equipment maintenance experience.

- Have experience in equipment transfer, new product line setup to mass production.

- Be familiar in use PLC system and electronic power distribution system.

- Good knowledge on SPC and all statistical tools, have knowledge on ISO9001 and ISO14000 system.

- Good at English in writing, reading and speaking.

- Be Familiar with MS office software and AutoCAD.
