一、岗位职责：
1、Responsible for company growth develops and executes strategic plans that result in the successful sales of "Standard", "Modified
and "Custom" MEMS microphone and develops and maintains relationships with key players at strategic accounts.
2、The Sales Manager also develops and builds senior-level client relationships leads strategic sales initiatives, forecasts revenue and initiates new business growth.
3、The Sales Manager will ideally be located in the Beijing/Shenzhen, possibly working out of a home office, and travel as needs.
4、The Sales Manager must be a coach and leader capable of demonstrating effective Leadership, Sales skills and abilities, and must
"know-how" will define the successful Sales Manager!

5、An aggressive, take-charge personality combined with professionalism and sales
二、岗位要求：
（1）资质要求:
1、5+ years' Semiconductor sales experience.
2、BA or above in EE/computer Engineering
（2）经验要求:
1、Semiconductor/Sensor sales or marketing experience is preffered.
（3）其他特殊技能或者专长要求:
1、Fluent English skill in oral, written communicati, presentation.
