YWK Consulting is a business advisory firm specialized in Restructuring & Turnaround, Transaction Advisory, Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support services.
We are currently seeking a graduates/Consultant to join our Shanghai office. Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Consultant.

The role would suit individuals with an analytical mind, high attention to detail and accuracy, and a desire to contribute to the development of the firm. Working under partner supervision, you will gain exposure to all aspects of our business including:

• Cross border advisory, recovery and operational tasks relating to distressed business.
• Due diligence assignments relating to buy and sell side advisory engagements.
• Financial and accounting investigations.
• Assisting in the business reviews through analyzing the historical and future financial performance;
• Preparation of formal pitch presentations;
• Involvement in clients/business development support.

We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), with preference given to those having degrees in accounting, finance, economics, or similar fields.
• Strong English and Chinese languages written and oral communication skills.
• Highly analytical, with excellent attention to details.
• Ability to work accurately under time pressure and be willing to contribute to client/business development support.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft office.
• Ability and willingness to travel.

候选人资格：

• 学士学位（或同等学历），优先考虑具有会计，金融，经济学或类似领域候选人
• 良好的英文和中文写作和口头沟通技巧
• 分析能力强，对细节的关注度极高
• 能够在时间压力下正确完成工作内容并乐意为公司业务发展提供支持
• 计算机操作技能，尤其是Microsoft软件
• 愿意出差
