Main Responsibilities:
Summary: Be the owner of Sales and credit order management from order taken/approval/verifying, product allocation, payment collection, delivery to invoice issued and ensure to follow company policies and procedures for overall sales order management process.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Execute sales contracts, verify the selling price, request arrival date, payment term, product availability, transportation mode, product allocation plan with contract terms and sales forecasting before order processing.
2. Handle sales order / product return / internal sample / Hardware order, execute order in JDE system base on requested form, control shipment with EOQ (economic order quantity) target, handle urgent shipment properly, record and review EOQ performance with commercial team.
3. Follow up order status with forwarders against promised pick/ship schedule and update status in JDE system; Collect and document customer signed Pack List;
4. Work with commercial/ planning team/ logistics/ finance/ QA for product/ shipment related activities, communicate with customer/commercial/sales team properly for exceptional case, such as short supply, shipment delay on order processing.
5. Be involved in new customer set up / price change process; be owner of customer master information maintenance in JDE including customer shipping address, contact person, telephone number, shipping instruction, mode of transportation, lead time etc.
6. Visit keys customers; train customers on basic order policy and special case management process.

Qualifications:
1. College graduated and at least 3 years of experience in contract processing or logistics operation field;
2. Highly skilled at MS office and ERP system;
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;;
4. Strong ability to deal with complex and stressful situations, such as internal and external complaints;
