Job Title: Export Coordinator
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Supply Chain Manager

I. Role Overview

Support entire internal & external export procedure

II. Purpose of Role

1. Ensure order entry accurately and timely be progressed
2. Daily filing and database management
3. Close cooperate with finance team to make sure tax rebate in a smooth way


III. Qualifications

1. College degree with at least 1 year experience in chemical products export
2. Have strong knowledge in logistics
3. Highly organized and team work spirit
4. Good communication skill with internal & external customers
5. Good command of English
6. Proficient in using MS office
7. Familiar with ERP system, preferred SAP
