1、大专以上学历，英文四级以上，沟通无障碍，抗压能力强；

2、有展览行业工作经验，熟悉客户开发与维护、展台设计与搭建工作；

3、良好的销售能力及谈判技巧，能独立完成项目的谈判和签约；

4、熟悉材料，独立跑展开发客户，独立开发渠道，独立跟进现场，客户维护。
