Job Description
工作职责
- Know overseas real estate market regulations and related immigration system; be responsible for customer reception; provide overseas real estate consulting services.
了解海外房产市场的法律法规及相关移民制度，负责客户接待，提供海外置业咨询服务
- Be familiar with the overseas real estate projects and able to introduce to the customers; have the independent ability to accomplish relevant link operation.
充分了解海外房产项目，能熟练地进行解说介绍，掌握海外房产购买流程且能独立完成相关环节操作。
- Cooperate with department manager for overseas real estate project sales; be responsible for establishing and maintaining a good cooperative relation of the internal and external units; in order to improve company performance as the ultimate goal.
配合部门经理进行海外地产项目销售，负责建立和维系内外部相关协作单位的良好合作关系，以提升公司业绩为最终目标。
- Be responsible for the customers and providing a series of after-sales service.
负责客户跟进，完成房屋合同签约银行贷款等一系列后续服务。
- To take part in the market and make the proposal project marketing strategy; timely adjust the suggestion and scheme.
参与跟踪市场，建议项目营销策略，及时提出调整建议及方案等。
- Successfully complete the overseas real estate sales plan during the index.
圆满达成海外置业销售计划的各项期间指标。


Job Requirements
任职要求
- Bachelor degree or above, fluent in written and spoken English, overseas education background is preferred。
大学本科及以上学位，英语读写流利，海外留学背景者优先。
- At least two years working experience related overseas real estate sales or investment immigrant consultant; have a deep understanding of the market.
具备两年及以上海外房产销售或投资移民顾问等相关行业工作经验；对投资移民和海外投资市场有深入的了解。
- Good personal image, be provided with overseas real estate or other relevant professional investment knowledge.
良好的个人职业形象，了解海外房地产及其他投资等相关专业知识。
- Have a strong insight analysis and good language expression ability，be good at communication, very specific working target.
洞察分析能力强，具有良好的语言表达能力，善于沟通交流，有明确的目标意识。
