1. 根据部门整体目标，制定和落实质量检验部的工作计划与目标，并贯彻执行。

   Based on department yearly target to implement and achieve work plan and goal at inspection.

2. 负责检验计划的有效执行，监督检验团队的日常工作质量与效率。区域6S管理、人员绩效的考核与评估。

   Responsible for implementing inspection plan are well done at inspection, supervise team working reality and efficiency, 6s management and personal performance evaluation.

3. 处理生产异常及客户抱怨，组织质量问题处理，内部质量缺陷的报告分析、整改措施的验证。

   Quick response to deal with production lines when quality cases happen, to organize inspection team an analysis for NC products, propose action and verify correction.

4. 现场量具、检具及精密测量室设备和仪器的日常使用维护管理

   Responsible for measuring gauge, tool and precise equipment, devices daily usage & maintenance.

5. 参与国产化新项目，实施prototype和首样件的检验、试装。

   Participating in the discussion for the new projects, do inspection & test for prototype and FA parts.

6. 制定并更新相关质量管制文件和管理办法，以及相关的质量检验监控流程。

   Be responsible for creating, updating ISO9001 quality control documents and inspection plan.

7. 审核质量周报、月报。

   Audit weekly quality report and monthly report.

8. 完成上级交办的突发性或临时性工作

   Other urgent cases by manager.

Main specifications:

1. College or Bachelor degree in mechanical relevant subject; Good English of writing, speaking;

2. More than 5 years working experience on quality related position in foreign manufacturing companies;

3. Knowledge of casting, machining, welding, surface treatment processes and its quality control;

4. Familiar with ISO9001 and TS16949 quality management system; knowledge of quality management tools and methods;

5. Skilled use of office software and related ERP system, such as SAP;

6. Responsible and meticulous, strong competence for analysis and problem solving; Strong teamwork spirit.
