Responsibilities

？   Drives business development & sales initiatives for CENTA China

？   Creates and executes tactical sales initiatives in alignment with sales leadership team

？   Increases business among existing clients and promotes the organization to new clients in order to meet and exceed sales targets

？   Provides management with market trends and competition information used to evaluate new opportunities

？   Improve the market share in your responsible industry and territory

？   Collect updated market information about competitors, customers, products and vendors

？   Build good relationship with key customers

？   Build trust and effective communication with sales leadership team and provide necessary reports

？   Build good relationship among colleagues

？   Other tasks company assigned

Education & Experience 

？   Bachelor degree: Mechanical or related major

？   Good English skill

？   Strong ownership and good attitude

？   Has rich sales experience in the similar industry. Product knowledge is a plus

？   Work experience in a multi-national would be preferred

？   Minim 5 years of technical & sales experience
