职责



· Help develop and translate courses both for English and Chinese
clients

· Help develop daily, weekly and monthly educational material

· Research and gather financial markets & investment related
information on a daily basis

· Help design and organizeregular membership activities

· Answer investment related technical questions from clients

· Work with our foreign partners to develop educational and promotional
information on a regular basis.

· Participating in the planning and execution of the company’s
marketing strategy and promotions

· Participating in and be accountable for all the other activities
assigned by the company when necessary



岗位要求：



1. 熟悉WORD，EXCEL，POWERPOINT等计算机办公及图形软件。

2. 有良好的文字、语言表达、沟通能力，较强的理解力和执行力，能独立完成工作。

3. 具有服务、协作意识，工作能力强、认真细致，有责任心。

4．对国际金融和投资市场有浓厚的兴趣并有最起码3年以上的金融想关的工作或投资经验

5．语言要求：中英文。需要英语熟练特别是听，读和写。

6． 熟悉WORD，EXCEL，POWERPOINT等计算机办公软件。懂得怎样用POWERPOINT, WORD 和 EXCEL 等制作教育性的文章和金融资讯课程。

7．懂得客户至上的道理，并运用在实际的客户服务当中

8．定期需要在下班时间后或周末在上海和其他城市做活支持公司的销售讲座和活动

9．懂得合理安排时间和效率，并以每天为单位来创造价值，业绩和优秀的客户关系和服务。

10. 外貌端庄，形象气质佳，普通话标准，口齿清晰

11．认真好学能吃苦，可承受较大的工作压力；

12、性格外向、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力和亲和力；

13、诚实守信，具有良好的团队合作精神；



岗位待遇：

1。公司会在10-11月份对所有员工提供全日制专业的技术和知识培训；培训的重点为：企业文化和流程，产品和服务，专业知识和术语，销售和讲座技巧，客户服务要求和技巧，以及团队合作精神等。

2。薪资构成：底薪+业绩提成

The company was set up at the beginning of this year to introduce financial and investment information, knowledge, expertise and opportunities to Chinese and foreign clients.
