Specific Responsibilities:

具体职能

1.Maintenance to mould and die, ensure production as usual, can solve problem alone.

负责生产过程中冲压（注塑）模具的维修，确保生产的正常运行，能独立解决问题。

2.Responsible for maintenance mould, ensure mould clean and safety

负责模具的定期保养，确保模具清洁及使用安全。

3 Management related documents record.

. 负责模具维修保养过程中相关文件的记录和归档。

4 Responsible to develop current injection molds  to meet the project and production requirements 

  负责开发当前的注塑模具以满足项目和生产的需要 

5 Analysis and solve the related technical and  quality problems during the manufacture process, to ensure the usual operation  of the manufacture; 

   分析并解决生产现场与模具相关的技术和质量问题，保证生产的正常运行； 

   6 Manage all  the technical papers and materials of the modeling center, establish and  protract modeling and technical papers; 

   管理模具中心的所有技术文件和资料，制定和绘制模具图纸和技术文件； 

  7  Assist the management of the modeling standby  parts, and give related technical support. 

   协助模具备件的管理，并提供相关的技术支持。

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

1.    Vocational or technology, 3 yrs experience (Junior) or 10 yrs (Sr.) experience as molding repairer in connector industry.

中专或技校毕业，3年以上（一般）或10年以上（高级）接插件行业塑模、修模经验。

2.    Familiar with Molding, molding structure, molding process. 

熟悉模具基本加工，模具结构及模具的制造过程。

3.    Understand Auto CAD.

略懂Auto CAD制图，

4. Familiar with operate related machine.

熟悉表面磨床、铣床、车床及电火花等设备的操作
