-能够将客户的业务需求转换成逻辑设计
-将逻辑设计转变成实物物理设计
-将物理设计转化成实际的JAVA语言来实现
-进行单元测试，回归测试，并确保高质量的应用程序

技能要求：

-有专业的JAVA开发程序经验，5年以上工作经验
-有银行或者金融行业工作经验优先考虑
-对于目标对象设计与编程概念要有很强的理解力
-对于数据结构和实施要有很强的理解力
-出色的组织与沟通能力
-对于解决问题、挑战和使用技术要有很大的热情
-享受在充满能量与活跃的环境中工作

Job Description
The selected candidates will work as part of a team and be responsible for providing new application development and ongoing support for a variety of industries.
This role requires the ability to:
- Transform Business Requirements into Logical Design
- Transform Logical Design into Physical Design
- Transform Physical Design into Actual Java Implementation
- Conduct Unit Testing, Regression Testing, and ensure overally quality applications
Required Skills
- English language ability is required.
- Professional experience as Java Developer
- Strong understanding of object oriented design and programming concepts
- Strong understanding of data structures and implementation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for solving challenging problems and using technology
- Enjoy working in a high-energy and dynamic environment
