职位描述
1、通过各类渠道,接触并筛选有效客户;
2、 通过对高端私人客户的的综合理财需求分析,帮助客户制订资产配置方案并向客户提供投资建议;
3、 负责配合市场部开展各项推广活动,并为客户提供详细的解释和说明;
4、 通过参与组织的各种高端客户活动(理财沙龙、知识讲座、红酒品鉴、高尔夫、豪车试驾、珠宝鉴赏等),提升客户转化率;
5、通过持续跟进与服务,为客户不断提供专业的理财咨询与服务。
任职资格:
教育背景:本科及以上学历,金融类相关专业毕业优先,有强烈的从事财富管理行业的意愿,并具备良好的学习能力与金钱渴望 欲;
专业技能:具备较强的业务拓展能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力和工作主动性;
从业经验与核心能力:金融行业2年以上相关从业经验,银行、信托、证券、基金、保险、投资顾问公司相关背景;或从事高端房产 (豪宅)、名车、奢侈品、高档会所销售,游艇销售,高端幼儿教育销售等从业背景者;具备一定的客户资源,有一定服务高净值客户经验或可以接触当地高端客户资源者可优先选择
Job description:
1. Contacted and screened effective customers through various channels;
2. Help clients to make asset allocation plans and provide investment Suggestions by analyzing the comprehensive financial needs of high-end private clients;
3. Responsible for cooperating with the Marketing Department to carry out various promotional activities, and providing detailed explanations and explanations for customers;
4. Participated in various high-end customer activities (financial salon, knowledge lecture, wine tasting, golf, luxury car test drive, jewelry appreciation, etc.) to improve customer conversion rate;
5. Provide customers with professional financial consulting and services through continuous follow-up and services.
Qualifications:
Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in finance is preferred, have strong desire to be engaged in wealth management industry, and have good learning ability and desire for money;
Professional skills: strong business development ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and work initiative;
Working experience and core competence: more than 2 years of relevant working experience in the financial industry, relevant background in banking, trust, securities, fund, insurance and investment consulting companies; Or engaged in high-end real estate (luxury), luxury cars, luxury club sales, yacht sales, high-end preschool education sales and other professional background; Have certain customer resources, have certain experience of serving high net worth customers or have access to local high-end customer resources can be preferred
