Mission:

• 完成店铺销售指标及公司下达的各类KPI指标
• 充分利用公司的各类零售工具，为顾客提供一流的服务，树立公司的榜样店铺形象

Key Responsibilities:

?        认真遵守公司政策及规定

?        完成日常业务指标及店铺分派工作

?        协助店长或者带班管理店铺营运，提供培训，陈列和RBO系统的支持。

?        以身作则，带领当班员工完成当班销售指标及店铺分派工作

?        促进团队间合作，带动店铺营运气氛

?        协助店长提升员工销售能力及销售业绩

?        独立处理店铺突发事件

?        与公司各功能部门沟通，协调店铺各工作岗位的正常运作

?        与商场营运部门维持良好的沟通和协作

?        维护店铺的形象（陈列，道具，卫生，员工形象等）

?        协助店长管理店铺考勤及计算薪资，协助店长完成店铺营运各种报表和报告

?        完成每月公司盘点任务

KPI:

• 自营店铺所包含的团队和个人两部分KPI，如：客单件，可单价，净销售，成交率，神秘顾客，盘点损失等。

Competencies / Attributes:

• 团队合作精神，诚实正直，具有责任感
• 具备良好的服务意识，有较强的学习能力和进取心
• 具备专业的服务和销售技巧，乐于从事服饰类零售
• 良好的沟通技巧，态度友善，吃苦耐劳

Knowledge / Experience:

• 从事零售行业至少2年以上（有知名品牌的服务背景更佳）
• 具备一流的销售技巧，并具备陈列能力，货品分析能力，培训能力

Educational Background and PC/Language/Other Skills:

• 高中或以上学历
• 标准的普通话，有基本的英语会话能力
• 熟练使用公司零售终端系统和OFFICE软件
