？ Essential Functions基本职能
1. Handle monthly finance reporting;
编制月度财务报告；
2. Assist to provide in-depth analysis on business performance, seeing trends and issues;
协助进行有深度的业绩分析，并预测相关趋势；
3. Assist to prepare for forecast and budget;
协助准备财务预测及预算；
4. Coordinate Finance Department’s role in yearly audit by external auditors and SOX audit by internal auditors.
协助财务部门完成外部年审及内部SOX审计。

？ Qualification Requirements任职资格
? Knowledge知识：
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance
财务或金融专业本科或本科以上学历

? Skills技能：
Familiar with PRC GAAP and practices;
熟悉中国公认会计准则；
Fluent in English, both written and oral;
英语听说读写流利
CICPA or ACCA qualification is preferred
拥有CICPA 或 ACCA资格证优先考虑
SAP/Oracle hand-on experience is a plus
具备SAP/Oracle实际操作经验优先考虑
Be good at office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
熟练运用各种办公室软件，具备优秀的Excel及PowerPoint运用能力
Good team player
具备团队合作精神
Strong communication skills
具备优秀的沟通能力
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and dedicated
具备强烈的责任感、工作主动性及自觉性

? Experience经验：
3+ years broad experience in finance analysis or GL in MNC
3年以上跨国公司财务分析或总账管理相关工作经验。
