· 担任中国及亚洲市场国际项目的负责人

· 担任本土咨询优化项目和全球采购项目的负责人或项目小组成员负责人

· 监控管理项目的进程

· 负责项目团队内部和项目外部的沟通协调工作

· 向客户和董事总经理包括总部及时沟通汇报项目进展及成果

· 协助业务发展部门把握项目策略方针

任职资格和技能：

· 至少5年工作经验，至少3年在采购/供应链领域或管理咨询领域的实际经验

· 熟悉采购和供应链管理流程和方法

· 专业背景在工商管理、化学、汽车、食品生产或钢铁专业则更佳

· 能够积极主动乐观的应对高压力下的工作

· 熟练掌握运用操作Word, Excel, PPT

· 英语书面和口语流利，工作语言为英语，会德语则更好

· 愿意在国内外出差

· 根据公司需要来高效达成项目目标

Job description:
· Work as a project leader for international projects in the field of purchasing optimization and supply chain management for the market of China and other parts of the Asian market
· Work as a project leader for local optimization projects and Global Sourcing projects by leading a project team within a project
· Lead a team of consultants in the project implementation
· Manage internal (KC) and external (Client) expectations
· Report and communicate project progress and results to our clients as well as to our headquarter /other international offices and the Managing Director China
· Helping Business development and building up project approach


Required qualifications and skills:
· Minimum 5 years experience with at least 3 years solid experience in the area of purchasing and supply chain-related function
· Familiar with the process and methodology of purchasing and supply management
· Educational background in Business Administration, chemical engineering, or automotive are preferred.
· Can work under pressure, pro-active and can-do attitude
· High excellence in Word, Excel and PPT
· English proficiency: Good command in written and spoken English, able to communicate in spoken and written as a work language
· Willing to travel within and beyond China
· It will be a plus if he/she speaks German
· The inner need to fulfill given targets
