岗位要求Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of law or above;
2. Passed bar examination and lawyer practice license holder preferred; Over 5 years practice experience in law firm or reputable MNC;
3. Be experienced in advertisement law, real-estate law, IP, Anti-unfair competition, labor law, contract law and foreign investment related laws and regulations.
4. Be capable in dealing with contentious and emergent affairs independently;
Excellent legal English skills and be able to use English as working language; Good team player and excellent communication ability and able to adapt to fast changing company environment.

岗位职责Responsibilities：
1. Contract review and draft for Food division of Sinarmas;
2. Render legal advice to new products for Food division of Sinarmas;
3. Provide legal daily consultation to Food division of Sinarmas;
4. Provide IP protection for Food division of Sinarmas;
5. Provide legal consultation on labor dispute;
6. Dispute resolution for Food division of Sinarmas
7. Assist legal director in dealing with assigned projects.
