岗位职责:

About the role:
You’ll focus on creating high-quality original product descriptions for different luxury brands that are selling via Farfetch, enhancing our customer journey through our product pages. Through hands-on research and collaboration with internal teams, you will need to ensure all the product content is accurate, engaging and tailored for Chinese customers while also aligning with the Company’s Tone of Voice guidelines. You will have some experience working in an environment which is fast-paced and deadline driven. Flexibility, tenacity and a collaborative attitude are essential for this role.

What you’ll do:
● Create, translate or transcreate engaging, on-brand luxury product descriptions on a daily basis
● Do desktop research or use data to identify the descriptions that are relevant to the local market by collaborating with stakeholders
● Fulfill copy requests to reach 100% delivery in quality and quantity
● Own the product description copy, driving the content excellence
● Track and correct defects of product descriptions and other localized content, ensuring the quality of content on product pages
● Work with our core Content team to ensure tone of voice and the style guide are kept consistent

Who you Are：
Essential
● You have fluency in Chinese (native level) and English
● You have knowledge and love of fashion at all levels from high-end designers to cutting edge street style
● You have the ability to work quickly and to agreed daily targets and deadlines
● You have a good writing style that is accurate and adaptable, with an impeccable use of grammar
● You have the ability to switch between copywriting styles fluidly and competently
● You have the ability to work independently
● You are a good team player, willing to support when needed

Non-essential but desirable
● You are comfortable with digital work on an in-house CMS
● You have experience writing product descriptions for China e-commerce sites
● You have experience with working in localization projects for global e-commerce websites, preferably luxury fashion retail
