岗位职责/待遇/环境：
1、 负责公司前台接待工作。
2、 负责公司电话接转、收发传真、文档复印等工作。
3、 负责各类办公文档、排版、打印。
4、 日常文书、资料整理及其他一般行政事务。
5、 日常行政类采购，请款、报销工作；
6、 员工考勤管理工作；
7、 公共办公区域的6S检查；
8、 新员工入职手续办理等


岗位要求：
1、 大专以上学历，有一年以上行政办公工作经验，形象良好；
2、 对办公室工作程序熟悉，
3、 熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，会借助互联网查找资料；
4、 具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，及较强的保密意识；
5、 熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
6、 具有良好的适应能力，能在压力下工作。
7. 本岗位为做六休一。
