Job Summary:

Responsible for the company's trade product line innovation and upgrading.

主要职责：

负责推进公司贸易产品线的推陈出新，更新换代。

◆Responsibility

1. Responsible for upgrading old products to new generation, process improvements, cost reduction, etc.
2. Actively assist in finding and developing new products.
3. Undertake exterior design or structure development of simple products (mainly for hardware tools).
4. Coordination to promote product development progress and quality of external design partners, including mold development, product proofing and other matters
5. Coordinate external design partners to collaborate on product development projects and make sure timely schedule and good quality, including mold development, product sampling and other matters.
6. Learn the up-to- date market information, focus on competitors’ products and put forward proposal for new product development.

◆工作内容：

1. 负责老产品升级迭代、工艺改良、成本降低等
2. 主动协助寻找并且推动开发新产品
3. 进行简单产品的外观设计或结构开发（五金工具为主）
4. 协调推动外部设计合作方的产品开发进度和质量，包括模具开发、产品打样等事项
5. 日常市场信息动态了解，及时关注竞品信息，提出相应新产品建议

◆Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Design/Mechanical/Mould related, at least 5 years working experience in tool industry.
2. A solid foundation of product development, ability to independently complete the job for series of design and development.
3. A strong aesthetic modeling and design innovation ability, hand-drawing and modeling software foundation.
4. Familiarity with product development process, material types, processing technology, surface treatment, etc.
5. Certain knowledge of electronics and the relevant design standards.
6. Active work attitude, carefulness and conscientiousness, strong learning ability.
7. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit with innovative thinking.
8. Proficiency in software such as Pro/E, AutoCAD and Solidworks.
9. Proficient communication skills to fluently and accurately write and speak in both English and Chinese, study experience in Europe and USA is preferred.

◆任职资格：

1. 大学本科以上学历，工业设计/机械/模具相关专业，5年以上工具行业产品开发工作经历
2. 具有扎实的产品开发功底，能独立完成系列的设计、开发工作
3. 有较强的造型审美和设计创新能力，手绘、造型软件基础好
4. 熟悉产品开发流程、材料种类、加工工艺、表面处理等
5. 有一定的电子知识，了解相关设计标准
6. 工作积极主动、细致认真，学习能力强
7. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，具有创新思维
8. 精通Pro/E、AutoCAD、Solidworks等软件
9. 精通中英文，书面和口语表达流畅准确，有欧美留学经历者或外籍人士优先
