工作职责:
● 与研发合作参与敏捷开发实践
● 通过持续的用户洞察、数据分析、用户体验优化，提升产品竞争力，提升用户价值
● 客户调研和需求文档编写
● 产品市场推广
职位要求:
● 具有良好的中英文写作和沟通能力
● 团队合作，渴望在工作中学习
● 项目管理能力、用户体验设计和交互能力
● 良好的文字表达能力，尤其是PPT、Word的灵活应用
● 有桌面/移动应用开发或SIP或视频知识优先考虑
● 对新鲜事物保持好奇心
教育背景:
● 2020年7月-2021年7月之间毕业的硕士生
● 计算机、通信、电子相关专业

Cisco Webex & Jabber are the industry-leading enterprise collaboration clients with over ten million users all over the world. Users can send instant messages, do voice or video calls, leave and listen to voice messages, share desktop, and do video conferencing on all major platforms (Win, Mac, iOS, Android, and Linux). Being one of the major development centers across the globe, the Shanghai team owns the product development cycle, and supports our global customers.
Responsibilities:
* Improve the product and maintain high customer satisfaction by customer insights, data analysis and improved user experience
* Join the agile development with engineers
* Customer visiting and write the requirements document
* Product marketing
What you need for this position:
* Good communication and good English writing
* Team player, eager to learn on the job
* Project management skills and awareness of user experience and user interaction design
* Familiar with office tools like Word, PPT, Excel
* Knowledge of desktop, mobile app development with SIP, or video knowledge as a plus
* Curious about how things work
Education:
* Master degree, graduation time between July 2020 and July 2021
* CS, EE or related
