工程师经理--机械或材料科学

毅博杭州分公司成立于2005年5月，毅博科技咨询（杭州）有限公司上海分公司即将成立，现诚聘若干名工程师经理。此职位的人员将负责机械工程方面的各类技术问题。需经常前往项目所在地出差，办公室所在地为中国杭州。

职责包括：
通过实地视察，实验测试和工程分析，对各类项目样品进行失效分析
提供失效预防服务
项目管理和开拓市场

职位要求:
英文必须口语流利，书面表达能力强；中文口语流利者优先考虑
机械工程、材料科学或相关领域的博士或研究生
在失效分析或相关专业拥有至少5年以上的工作经验
具有机械设计、结构及材料力学方面的项目经验
具有良好的组织和管理能力
有良好的团队合作能力和独立开发客户的能力
有良好的沟通技能
注重细节，有上进心，能自我约束

Managing Engineer
Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science

Exponent's Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science Practice has provided over thirty years of services related to the investigation and analysis of mechanical systems behavior for products ranging from aircraft and marine transportation to all types of industrial equipment and consumer products. Our engineers and scientists have a fundamental understanding of all areas of mechanical engineering, including reliability and hazard evaluation, design assessment, fluid and thermal analysis, and materials life prediction. Exponent's metallurgists, polymer and corrosion scientists, electrochemists, and ceramists have many years of experience in the prevention and analysis of material failures.

Exponent is currently hiring for a Managing Engineer in our Hangzhou, China office. The individual in this position will be expected to apply the principals of mechanical engineering to a wide variety of technical problems. Must be willing to travel frequently, as needed, to project sites. This position requires relocation to China.

Resposibilities for this position include:

• Analyzing the failure of a wide variety of products via field inspections, experimental testing and engineering analysis
• Providing failure prevention services
• Project management and marketing

Qualifications for this position include:

• Written and verbal fluency in English is required; Verbal fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science
• Minimum 5 years working experience in failure analysis or related discipline
• Project experience in machine design, structures, and mechanics of materials
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Ability to work with project teams and a strong capability to develop own client base
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated requiring minimal supervision
