Construction Manager


Responsibilities;


· Monitoring the quality and correct execution from the subcontractors

· Monitoring timeline and pressing suppliers to stick to agreed delivery times

· Liaising with Client, be there as a permanent point of contact

· Keep an eye on EHS regulation

· Monitor Process Claims from contractors

· Design review with contractors

· Trouble shooting on site (to be specified as soon as it happens)

· Document control

· Hand-over and documentation, punch list creation and control


Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree or above.

· At least 5 years working experience on construction site, has the working experience of Automative project is preferred.

· Having foreign engineering company work experience is preferred

· Strong problem solving skills

· Good analytical skills

· Good communication skills (English and Chinese)

· German language skill is preferred

· Willingness to travel

·Skilled in the use of AUTOCAD (2D) and other construction design softwares.
