The main role of Product quality inspectors is to ensure that the products manufactured by Made.com suppliers are complying with Made.com's technical, quality and environmental requirements.
The PQI is also required to work closely with the Sourcing teams in order to actively support them with technical advises and information,as well as actively advise the suppliers in terms of technical and quality development.

Here are the main responsibilities of the PQI:
1, Ensure that all products are quality checked according to the standards of technical specification and reference samples (or in sample reports), the sampling plan and the quality policy and quality control procedures of company.
2, Fulfill the made requirements for the product packaging and labeling.
3, Follow up on any quality improvements and amendment of technical requirements, as agreed with the team PQT (technician) and suppliers.
4, Work together with the technician and/or merchandiser to complete the first dispatch inspection and ensure that the products quality is achieving the valid standards of technical file and reference sample.The inspector (PQI) must take over the products quality control with the deadline of completing the first dispatch inspection.
5, Complete a final check of all self assembly products in order to ensure that they have concise and presentable assembly instructions and that they are fit for their purpose.
6, Help the technician to draft,amend or complete documentation for products within the area of responsibility.
7, Support with Made claims and quality control issues for individual products in a proactive and timely manner and communicate each other when required.
8, Check samples as required and creat sample reports, together with the team PQT.
9, Support suppliers in achieving and fulfilling made's quality and enviromental requirements.
10, Travel within countries and abroad as required.

Requirements:
1, Have more than 2 years academic education in industry or engineering area;
2, Have more than 2 years technical and/or quality working experience in furniture, with outdoor or lighting production experience will be in prioritized ;
3, Have quality control working experience in resourcing business;
4, Able to use written English for daily work, and be able to speak English for simply oral communication;
5, Have good health and be able to travel often to meet the required schedule;
