工作内容：

1、负责公司网店（类天猫等店铺）营销策划、店铺基础运营等日常工作；

2、负责执行店铺的年度、季度、月度运营策略计划，

3、整理数据，统计分析，及时提出营销改进方案；

4、进行产品规划、运营的数据收集与分析，并有依据地提出价格调整、营销活动、客户体验和运营策略的改进方案；

5、对淘宝/天猫直通车、钻展进行基础操作、数据跟踪，淘客、直播执行跟踪；

6、店铺上新，官方活动申报以及店铺网页更新；

7、完成上级主管布置的关联工作。

职位要求：

1、性别不限，18-35岁左右，有责任心，连续一年以上天猫旗舰店运营工作经验；

2、熟悉ERP操作，熟悉天猫等平台操作及推广模式；

3、熟悉天猫店铺的各种数据及优化；

4、熟练使用excel等办公室软件；

5、熟悉淘宝网络销售平台，淘宝规则和操作流程，

6、积极主动，有较强的责任心；敢于创新，热衷于电商行业；沟通能力和抗压能力强，工作有激情，有团队合作意识
