The position we are hiring:

Logistics Specialist (QC)

We expect you to will help us:

You will be authorised to represent and act on behalf of the company in relevant situations, to work with store operation team. In this position, you will be responsible including but not limited to below tasks:
1.    To regularly audit the store food safety and hygiene condition and guide the store for the problems during auditing. To timely summarize the audit results and follow up store rectification result
2.    To draft relevant safety and hygiene SOP for identified weak point and high-risk operation.
3.    To regularly conduct food regulations and food hygiene SOP training for store staff.
4.    To follow the pest service providers working in store and verify and assess their service level and inspection results.
5.    To monitor new requirements and changes of food operation regulations, timely maintain and share the information internally.
6.    To assist the supervisor to investigate and record the food safety incidents in the store

1.    对门店食品安全卫生情况进行定期审核和评审，检查过程中发现的问题对门店进行指导。审核完成后及时汇总审核结果和提出改善要求，跟踪整改完成情况。
2.    对于已识别的卫生薄弱及高风险操作环节，起草相关安全和卫生标准操作流程。
3.    对于门店人员定期开展食品法规及公司食品安全卫生流程的培训。
4.    定期跟随门店虫害服务商作业，并对其服务水平和检查结果进行验证和考核。
5.    根据食品经营法规的新要求和更改变化，及时进行维护和信息内部分享。
6.    协助上级对门店出现的食品安全事件进行调查和记录

职位要求：
What we are looking for:

We hope that you hold a diploma or above degree with a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently. Food relevant major is much preferred.
We hope you have related hygiene control working experience in food retailer or 3rd audit party and understand relevant food safety law and regulation and have basic English speaking; reading and writing ability.

It will be better if you are willing to work cross functionally and have the flexibility to foreign cultures, also committed to developing a career in the China market within the foreseeable future.
