岗位职责:

About the role:
The Senior Account Manager will lead client communication and campaign planning operations for various clients by working with a team of around 3-5. The successful candidate will work for an exciting base of international clients which include top luxury, premium and lifestyle brands. The candidates will also be able to pursue their passion in a vibrant working environment and be part of the CURIO family.

What you’ll do:
? You will coordinate clients’ strategy and key accounts performance review, monitor the execution with account team leaders on a daily basis, as well as assist the account team in dealing with challenges and manage clients’ expectation;
? You will manage account team’s revenue;
? You will cross-functionally work with BD, Tech & Product team, and account team;
? You will lead campaign planning and daily execution;
? You will monitor clients’ data performance and provide critical analysis for clients’ feedback;
? You will lead the planning and implementation of digital promotion campaigns;
? You will adapt well to accommodate changes in marketing direction or client needs;
? You will lead team members for data collection, data analysis and report creation;
? You will pitch new client for us and maintain client relationship;

Who you are:
? You have 5-7 years’ experience in people management, with good leadership to motivate and drive the team forward;
? You have a proved record of experience in social media, PR, integrated marketing at global 4A agency;
? You have an excellent command of both oral and written English;
? You have strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to integrate and utilize available resources to meet the clients’ needs and requirement, assuring the highest standard of deliverables;
? You are entrepreneurial with a commercial mindset for BD, and can maintain client relationship well;
? You are familiar with digital and social media or Media buy industry;
? You are self-motivated and result-driven, and can thrive in a fast-paced working environment;
