ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. To support field sales representative with information to develop profitable business through a close co-operation with our facilities and customers.
2.To acts as the main customer contact for pricing, order booking, customer claim, scheduling and shipping.
3.To develop and maintain commercial systems, including offer/order entry, price lists, follow-up, sales statistics, telephone and meeting reports. Update standard costs, transfer prices and sales prices when required.
4.To ensure prompt follow-up of accounts receivable through a close cooperation with field sales representative.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1.College diploma required
2.Preferably 2 years relevant experience in an international organization
3.Proficient in written and spoken English
4.Computer literate (Microsoft Office, outlook, ERP systems)
5.Ability to work independently and under pressure
6.Accounting Certificate is required is required
7.1-year working experience in cashier position is preferred
8.Shanghai residence
