Scope of work:

• To receive and transfer/ filter telephone calls professionally and efficiently. And write down messages for staffs
• To distribute and deals with all the deliveries, faxes, mails, parcels and subscriptions efficiently everyday
• To update contact list
• To print business cards for both PCM Trading's and Manufacturing's staff
• To order office mineral water
• To support hotel reservations
• To support car reservations & shuttle bus
• To support make stamps: for sales teams, purchasing, and logistics departments when necessary
• To maintain office facilities: such as print machine, fax machine, mineral water device
• To purchase office supplies: stationeries and so on.
• Receiving visitors
• To support other tasks.

Education: college above

Experience: 0 - 2 years relevant working experience. Or fresh graduates.

Communication skills: good speaking, writing and listening ability.

Technical proficiencies: familiar with office software, like PPT, EXCEL, WORD etc.

Personality: positive attitude, patience.

Languages: English, Chinese fluently. French is a plus.

Wroking hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.

Location: Base in Shanghai office.
