1.品控部门系统的建立,管控,完善；
2.新建、修改、及优化内部控制产品品质有关的流程；
3.确立品质控制的《产品要求》；
4.供应商的品质考评及管理；

5.了解跟踪国外检测标准的动向，并及时安排对于品管人员培训和考核；

6.平行部门的各项搭配， 过程中问题的解决

任职资格
1.本科以上学历，机电相关专业毕业或有相关的进修、培训经历；
2.具备机电、农机、液压、五金等行业五年以上品管及管理经验；

3.具备十年以上经验者教育程度可适当放宽；

4.具有学习力、团队合作精神；5.优秀的客户服务意识，有亲和力，能以双赢思维解决客户问题；
6.良好沟通表达能力、对工作有热情、吃苦耐劳、有较强团队领导能力。
