Responsibilities:
1.负责区域内销售工作，执行区域内销售计划，完成销售任务；
Target the assigned project in related region, complete the sales assignments;
2.执行销售及市场开发的计划和活动；
Fulfill the sales and marketing plans and activities;
3.与关键客户如设计院、业主、工程公司保持良好合作关系；
Visit and maintain a good relationship to Design Institutes, owners and constructions companies;
4.向客户、设计院推广公司产品质量、设计理念、技术方案等方面理念；
Convince clients and design institutes of the technical and commercial concept of our products, concepts and solutions;
5.及时高质量提供所需信息；
Provide requested information and reporting on time and in good quality.
6.了解跟踪市场情况并反馈公司。
Research and follow market information and feedback to company.

Requirements:
1.工科专科以上学历，最好热能热工或者机械专业；
College in technique background, convention energy or Mechanical Engineer will be prefer;
2.2年以上销售工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先；
Approximately 2 years experience in sales of investment goods

3.具有一定的英语听、说、读、写能力；
Reasonable English is required;
4.诚实、具有强烈的责任心、敬业精神和团队合作能力；
Good and honest personality and team-player;
5.良好的沟通能力，对市场的敏锐度，能独立开展销售活动；
Good negotiation skills with sensitivity for market, customers and in house relations;
6.适应经常出差

Can travel frequently.

7.With Driving license & practical driving experience is compulsory
