Customer Service Executive
General Summary:
负责解答客户日常的订舱咨询和帮助客户解决在货物订舱、船运过程中遇到的问题；跟进和处理客户的有关服务请求；在处理客户的服务请求时与海外代理进行沟通并协作处理有关业务。及时、准确地提供服务，态度诚恳，与客户保持良好的合作关系。
Job Responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
1.接收并解答客户订舱、船期、路径、运载和货物跟踪等服务咨询。
2.处理客户改船、改港等服务请求。
3.处理客户的特殊的服务请求，并将有关要求通知有关部门（如操作部、国外代理）执行。
4.在订舱信息不清楚或有疑问的时候，与客户联络并解决、澄清问题和疑点。
5.负责将有关船期表信息发放给客户。
6.负责将公司的服务通知（船期更新、费用调整、最新规定、法规政策、文件要求、目的港要求等）发放给客户。
7.与海外代理进行必要的联络和沟通。
8.对有关文件、文书和电子数据（电子邮件）进行整理、归档和保存。
9.接受并执行主管及部门经理分派的其他任务。
Job Specifications:
1. College degree above with basic knowledge of shipping industry
2. At least 2 years’ experience in same industry
3. Good oral and written English
4. Patience and detail-oriented
5. Communication skills and techniques (with customers)
Job Requirements:
1.College degree, fluent in English, CET-4.
2.No less than 1 years' experience in international freight forwarding (marine) or shipping industry
3.Basic knowledge of international marine transportation and freight forwarding
4.Basic knowledge of international trading
5.Be interested in the routine work
6.Experience of the operations of the export cargo to US would be preferred
