Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

-Is responsible for planning and directing the activities needed to ensure the new facility/process is fully validated, new products/processes successfully transfer to production, provide technical support or improvements to existing products and processes in an optimal quality, cost and time manner.

-Responsibility for all production activities，setup and optimize operation system, engage organization delivering healthy KPIs to support business.

Main Accountabilities:

1.General

-Build up Safety/Quality/Compliance mindset in the organization, Ensures activities are fully compliant with the company regulatory, safety and quality standards,

-Implement root cause analysis tools to close any tolerance . 

-Participates to the development and the management of the annual budget of his sector (staff, investments). Drives the achievement of the budget analyzing regularly the gap and setting up corrective/ preventive actions if needed,

-Drives multiple work packages in different projects or drive different projects according to project timelines and costs,

-Develop and lead all validation task, support other departments on product and production registration

-Interact strongly with R&D ensuring transfer and industrialization of R&D products into production.

2.Industrialization 

-Manages and develops a team of technical staff (organization, methodologies, competencies, etc.), ensuring the consistency between workload and project’s needs,

-Represents the Industrialization Department in relation with the other departments.

3.Manufacturing

-Implement LEAN manufacture concept, establish operation excellence system to drive continuous improvement on cost/quality complaints reduction 

-Develop positional based skill matrix to support shop floor employee competency development

-Represents the Operation Department in relation with the other departments

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Studies-Experience:

-BS with > 7 years of experience or MS with a 2 to 5 years of experience in Industrialization 

-Experience preferably within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
