Job Description:

·           Daily tracking with 3rd party's KPI to solve various shipment problems, improve their performance, Optimize the process, processing orders, operating mechanical and ERP systems.

每日跟踪第三方的KPI，以解决各种发货问题，提高其绩效，优化流程，处理订单和 ERP系统；

·           Maintain import status report, follow goods receiving status.

维护进口状态报告，跟踪收货状态；

·           Responsible for Domestics goods (China) shipment management:

-          Closely follow-up and update the status of shipment/goods to sales team for new product launch, event and any urgent orders, etc.

-          To guarantee EC & Retail orders to be sent out on time

-          Collaborate with warehouse to dispatch the Non-Merchandise goods to stores per Marketing team’s plan.

-          To pack goods effectively and standardly

负责国内货物（中国）运输管理：            

-密切跟踪并更新发货/货物的状态，以便销售团队进行新产品发布、活动和任何紧急订单等；           

-保证电子商务和零售订单按时发出；        

-与仓库合作，根据营销团队的计划将非商品货物发送到仓库；           

-有效规范地包装货物；

·           Responsible for Import goods shipment management:

-          Import goods transportation management includes shipping notice, freight audit and payment. Importation custom clearance. Work with agency for import related tax calculation and payment;

-          Work with bonded/domestic warehouse to arrange timely and accurate goods receiving

-          To pack goods effectively and standardly

负责进口货物装运管理：             

-进口货物运输管理包括发货通知、运费审核和付款，进口清关，协助代理进口相关税务的计算和支付；              -与保税/国内仓库合作，安排及时准确的收货 ；           

-有效规范地包装货物；

·           Effective and healthy communication with internal/external business partners

与内部/外部业务伙伴进行有效和健康的沟通；

·           Inventory management in warehouse

仓库库存管理；

·           Tracing and system monitoring between warehouse WMS and ERP stock control/inventory accuracy

仓库WMS和ERP库存控制/库存准确性之间的跟踪和系统监控；

·           Monitor warehouse KPI

监控仓库关键绩效指标；

·           To provide assessment results and report accordingly

提供评估结果并相应报告；

·           Other tasks have assigned by line Manager

直线经理分配的其他任务。

 

Skills & Requirements:

·           Bachelor degree majoring in International trade, business administration or Logistics is a plus

国际贸易、工商管理或物流专业学士学位优先；

·           More than 5 years experiences in logistics, importation operation experience is a plus

5年以上物流工作经验，有进口操作经验者优先；

·           Importation experience

有进口操作经验；

·           Team player and self-motivated

团队合作和自我激励；

·           Good communication in ENG, written and oral

良好的英语、书面和口语沟通；

·           Strong problem-solving capability

较强的解决问题能力；

·           Project Management experience, ability to prioritize multiple task

项目管理经验，能够优先处理多项任务；

·           Ability to establish effective working relationships with others.
