Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing clients’ business needs to which consulting is leveraged to provide vision and value for solution. This role will ensure that our deliverable is put forth to demonstrate value with high quality and on time.

1. Understand clients’ specific business needs regarding loyalty program

2. Provide business insights and solution recommendation to clients

3. Work closely with Account team & Business Development team to design and put forth business solutions & strategies for both new and ongoing projects

4. Responsible for results of consulting projects on clients’ loyalty program needs

5. Summarize benchmarks for different industries, and make documentation accordingly

6. Accountable for high quality deliverables on time

7. Be a master of relationship marketing field

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business related majors preferred

1. At least 2 years’ experience in data analysis, knowledge of MS Access, SAS and SQL required

1. At least 4 years’ experience in business consulting field, experience in loyalty marketing is a plus
2. Strong PPT skills with capability for final delivery
3. Preferred candidates will be creative, independent thinkers with a passion for success, visionary, and confident with clients.
4. Quick learner
5. Good communication skills
6. Good command of English is a must
