Main Responsibilities: 

       Business development:

  

• Responsible for category sourcing activity, including search new product sourcing, new supplier development, price management, factory evaluation etc.

• Responsible for project execution with milestone control and good time management

• Document management: Projects document filing and check.

   Customer and supplier management:

  

• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, etc.

• Supplier chain management including supplier search, screen and identify potential supplier. Performance monitor of existing suppliers;

• Arrange and implement buying trip independently, including schedule, coordination with supplier and buyer, accompany buying trip, write trip report etc.

• Supplier management: price review and control, claim settlement, on-time delivery, quality, etc.

   Team building

  

• Project management for the categories, including product development, present new product to the customers, product comparison etc.

• Managing and coaching subordinates: Sourcing Assistant when applicable.

• Continuous learning of product knowledge, quality standards and market research.

   Cross function communication:

  

• Close work with SCM, QE, QC, PBM in terms of order follow up, on time delivery, PPT, PSI, factory audit, artwork, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Category focus on: PPE & Car Accessories & Hardware 

  

General Requirement

  

• Strong communication skills and good understanding

• Could afford working pressure, good team player

• Good command of English or German

• Good at MS office and ERP skill

• Bachelor degree or above

• 3 to 5 years independent product sourcing working experience in trading company or buying office.

• Good knowledge of the exporting, category product quality standard, European market perfect..

• Strong negotiation, presentation and problem solving skill,

• Good time management and project management skills, can work on a project independently;

• Good market sense and detail orientation.
