职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Facilitate and develop national level strategic scientific communication meeting (e.g.stand-along meeting, satellite meeting of national academic congress, and other kinds of meeting) based on strong scientific rationale and needs, providing high quality management (supervise outer vendors, communicate stakeholders in issues relating to the delivery of updated scientific information exchange) and obtaining good results as well.
2. Collaborate closely with other key functions to strengthen the positive public image of the company and build long-term partnership with external medical and scientific communities, including the management of patient support program from medical perspective, facilitate medical educational initiatives with academic association or health care institutions.
3. To set up, optimize, execute collaborative process for both internal & external customers, facilitate medical advisory board meeting planning and execution to obtain productive outcome.
4. Lead internal medical education planning and execution, including visiting professor program, journal club, etc. within medical affairs.
5. Ensure efficient budget and project planning and management in line with company's policies and SOPs.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum bachelor degree in medicine or pharmacy
At least 2 years working experience in medical department of Pharm. Company is required
Scientific communication expertise is prefered
Medical and scientific knowledge

Fluent English speaking and writing
