职位概述：
修理工／电工 需要解决各部门各大楼中的维修工作，存放及管理维修工具和维修用品。
主管：
设备维修主管
条件:
? 至少高中毕业
? 有电工资格证
? 有高电压和低电压工作执照
? 有操作和维修低电压设备的能力，特别是在对电气自动化控制进行检查和维修方面的专业能力
? 对于楼宇维修有一定经验
? 对存放及订购维修类相关产品有一定经验
? 对水管／管道维修有一定经验
? 有木工经验
? 有基本英语交流能力者优先考虑
? 紧急情况下可以及时召回工作
? 能够协助其他相关的工作安排

履行职责:

? 能精确估算维修价格及维修设备价格
? 负责收发维修用品
? 分类及管理楼宇维修及各部件保质期
? 根据设备主管的安排完成各项维修工作
? 有英语沟通能力及电脑基本操作能力者优先考虑

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Specialist troubleshoots problems in all buildings, receive and inventory all maintenance hardware equipment and maintenance supplies.
SUPERVISED, EVALUATED BY & REPORTS TO:
Building Maintenance Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Minimum high school graduate.
? Certified in electrician required.
? Low / high voltage electric operation license
? Experience in working with electric wiring and repairs.
? Experience in working with house appliance repairs.
? Experience in stocking and ordering maintenance supplies.
? Experience in working with plumbing repairs.
? Experience in working with carpentry
? English preferred but not required.
? Must be available for emergency calls.
? Other duties as assigned.
PARTIAL LISTING OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities listed below are meant to serve as a guideline, but are not meant to be comprehensive.
? Provide accurate cost-estimates for maintenance stock.
? Responsible for receiving and delivery of maintenance stock.
? Sort and manage building plans and warrantees.
? Complete other general repair and maintenance projects as assigned by the Building Maintenance Supervisor.
? English and computer skills preferred but not required.
