Overall responsibility:总体责任

Welcome customers, take and proceed their orders, produce drinks.

 

Key Duties: 主要责任

·         Customer service & phone service客户服务和电话服务

ü  Welcome and greet customers

ü  Handle customer phone calls and reservations

ü  Take order from the customer and advise

ü  Produce beverage (hot & cold)

ü  Communicate order to the kitchen

ü  Remember the orders of every table and serve the right dishes at the right place

ü  Clear tables and take tableware to washing area

ü  Ensure cleaning of the restaurant according to manager’s instructions

ü  Ensure a complete understanding of all promotions

ü  Carry out friendly and efficient customer service at all times, ensuring that the “ 100% customer satisfaction” service is implemented.

ü  Handle any customer complaints according to shop  policy
根据店里规定处理任何客户投诉

·         Order handling订单处理

ü  Handle the orders forms efficiently and according to the order procedures
有效的处理订单根据订单程序

·         Other 其他

ü  Ensure the shop is well maintained and kept clean at all times, particularly at change of shifts or close of store
保证门店内的维护，任何时候都干净，特别是在交班和晚上下班的时候

ü  Advise of any incident/hazard/accident to the supervisor or manager immediately
在出现突发事件或事故时，及时向主管和经理反映

ü  Ensure to sign on and off at the commencement and completion of shifts using the digital sign in machine
保证上班下班时使用打卡器打卡上下班

ü  Attend shift briefings, read store communication book and keep up to date on any company notices/memos or procedural changes
出席上班短会，阅读门店交接本，及时知道公司通知、备忘录和程序的变化

ü  Maintain high dress standards, wearing the correct uniform, security pass and name badge at all times
保持高水准的着衣规范，任何时候都要穿正确的制服，通行证以及姓名牌

ü  Any other duties as required or as directed
其他规定的职责或命令

ü  Have a complete understanding of the Rules and Procedures and to abide by these rules at all times
充分理解店内程序和规定，并且随时随地都执行这些规定

 

Hours of work:

工作时间：

·         The store’s opening times may be between the hours of 10.00 and 2.00 (approximately), however, these hours may change.  You will be required to be available to work shifts during these hours of operation.

门店的运行时间是从早上10点到晚上10点（大概），但是这样的工作时间可能依情况而改变。你可能会被要求在这些时间内按班次工作.

·         It is expected that you work weekends, public holidays and vacation periods as required
