Your tasks: 

• Accounting: daily accounting bookings and documents archiving, support monthly local closing according to China GAAP and monthly reporting for group closing according to IFRS, annual closing and audit support  
• Tax: VAT invoicing (“fapiao”)  
• Finance: Payment processing, incoming payment monitoring 
• HR: Expense claim checking, annual leave and sick leave monitoring, monthly travel agency payment (ticket booking outsourced to agency) 
• Admin: office supplies purchasing, contractor handling, preparation of diverse documents, other support tasks  
• Note: The Team Assistant supports the Accounting Manager in accounting, finance, tax, HR and other admin tasks. 

Your profile:  

• Degree in Business Administration area preferred  
• Skilled to use ERP finance & accounting systems and MS Office suit 
• +2 years’ experience in team assistance, accounting or office management 
• Work experience in international SME preferred 
• High level of integrity, transparency and reliability 
• Personality: attention to detail, high sense of responsibility to ensure reliable work execution and meeting deadlines, internal customer and service orientation 
• Fluent/native Chinese, OK/good English in spoken and written form
