岗位摘要 电子商务渠道业务开发、绩效及资源管理

  

E-Commerce channel development, efficiency & resource management

  

  

  

主要职责和义务

  

1、拓展电商渠道的业务及产品覆盖率,并维护合作关系;在合作伙伴中建立有效的推广渠道、深入挖掘潜在资源进行深度有效合作;

  

Driving volume & distribution growth in e-commerce channel; Establish & deepen effective communication & collaboration with customers;

  

2、规划执行营销和促销方案:配合平台的活动,协调各方资源,货量,价格体系,以最低资源成本达到***效益;

  

Plan & manage all BTL programs; Implementing assortment, pricing, promotion, distribution & marketing strategies within assigned channel at the lowest possible resources;

  

3、积极提倡各种提升工作效率的建设性方案及意见;

  

Contribute constructive suggestions and opinions to improve the business & way of work;

  

4、有效管理应收账户的收账时效、费用核销、呆账管控、及其他财务要求;

  

Monitor & manage trade receivables and claims,

  

5、高效管理费用预算,例:PAF、制定预算及监管等;

  

Efficient management of promotional budget, i.e. PAF, budget provisions & monitoring, etc.

  

6、有效管制窜货、卖假、走私、逃税、或任何形式的非正规商业行为;

  

Effective management of parallel imports, counterfeiting, smuggling, tax evasion, or any form of informal business which may have adverse impact to the strategic development of our brands;

  

7、负责活动效果评估,竞争市场数据收集及分析;

  

Provide continuous improvement to the evaluation methodology of all activities, data collection and analysis of competitive markets;

  

8、积极推动线上品牌推广营销计划,提升品牌知名度及市场活跃度;

  

Driving ATL and other marketing initiatives to increase overall brand awareness & noise in the market;

  

9、有效管理经销商、终端库存,例:覆盖率、先进先出、周转率等;

  

Effective management of trade inventory, i.e. coverage days, FIFO, turnover days, etc.;

  

10、策划推动高效的供应链、物流价值链,例:配送时效、服务成本效益等;

  

Plan & drive logistic efficiency and best route-to-serve, i.e. delivery lead time, cost-to-serve;

  

11、数据报告: 分析整理运营销售数据,制作日报以及月报;

  

Provide timely & accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested;

  

12、乐意接受任何新委派的任务。

  

Willing to accept any assigned tasks upon request。

职位要求Job Requirements

  

  

1、大学本科或以上学历,资讯技术,电子商业或销售管理为佳;

  

Bachelor degree or above in information technology, e-commerce or sales management is preferred;

  

2、必须拥有3年以上进口快消食品类目的电商管理经验;

  

MUST have a minimum of 3 years' e-commerce experience within FMCG imported food category;

  

3、熟悉常用办公软件(PowerPoint, Excel, Word等);

  

Familiar with MS office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.);

  

4、通晓基本英语;

  

English literacy is strongly preferred;

  

5、熟悉互联网尤其是电商推广工作的组织策划、营销方式与监督执行;

  

Familiar in organizing, planning, online marketing methods and implementation of e-commerce promotions;

  

6、擅长商务谈判,良好表达能力;Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills;

  

7、踏实认真,有独立分析和创新能力。拥有企业家百折不挠的精神,协作能力强;

  

Steady and conscientious, independent and innovative. Demonstrate sufficient entrepreneurship in getting jobs done in a complex environment;
