职位描述
Objective of job
Conduct the new model launch parts planning activities to ensure the parts availability at market launch for new models
Task designation
1 New model launch parts planning
- Prepare the wholesale initial stock for new model launch parts
- Support the customers to prepare the retail initial stock
- Conduct regular new model parts performance review and stock adjustment plan
2 Key contact account for new model launch parts issues
- Pro-actively cooperate with customers for new model launch plan, initial stock parts list preparation, order placement and stock status review
- Coordinate with suppliers for the new model launch plan and parts list
- Coordinate with DPTS internal departments for the ordering preparation work
3 Process development and optimization
- Monitor the implementation of current new model launch parts process and conduct optimization plan
- Develop the new model launch process with local suppliers
4 Documentation and reporting
- Responsible of all new model launch parts related documentation
- Update the new model launch parts status and report regularly
Qualification required
o Education
Degree or Diploma in Automotive / Engineering
O Experience
Working experience in the automotive parts or technical area, Mercedes-Benz working experience is preferable
O Specific Knowledge
Analytical skills
Positive attitude and customer oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good language command of written and spoken both in Mandarin and English

Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (DPTS), which was established in April 2008, is headquartered in Beijing and running three operative warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The headquarter is taking care of the administrational processes, including inventory management, importation, domestic trading, export, customer relationship management, procurement, transportation management, warehouse management, contract management and cost planning, as backbone to the three warehouses which do the physical distribution.
As a 100% subsidiary of Daimler Northeast Asia, DPTS aims to integrate the spare parts logistics supply for all Daimler activities in PR China under one roof, including MB PC, MB CV, MB Van, Maybach and smart. The target of DPTS is to provide MB-Standard service level with cost efficiency by synergies mainly in warehouse, transportation and administration.
