Responsibilities:

Responsible for all China Business Group’s Compensation & Benefit function and provide competitive C&B service in order to motivate the employee and add value to business development.

1.Perform daily work such as payroll, merit increase, performance appraisal and other compensation and benefits function based projects.
2.Develops and administrates compensation policies, guidelines, procedures and programs to ensure equitable and competitive salaries for employees. Programs may include base pay administration, incentive plans, salary range structures, bonus / award plans, job evaluation, position title and grading system.
3.Monitor market situation and conduct annual salary and benefits surveys, make proposals for adjustments in line with market movement and business objectives.
4.Familiar with corporate guidelines and make sure all C&B operations follow the rules of company.
5.Responsible for performance management cycle and propose to improve.
6.Provide advice and counsel to department management on compensation and benefits policies, procedures and issues.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree above in relevant major.
2.At least 6 years C&B function working experience and minimum of 3 years’ compensation and benefits experience in supervisory level in multi-national companies and experience in electronic / semiconductor industry is preferred.
3.Fluent in spoken & written, English CET4 preferred.
4.MS office, Proficient in operation.
5.Strong plan and hands-on experience in compensation and benefits management.
6.Leadership and people management skills.
7.Strong customer focus and knowledge in business.
8.Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral.
