人事行政经理——北京

工作职责：

一、人事工作
1、 协助人事行政总监建立并完善人力资源管理体系，研究、设计人力资源管理模式（包含招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设），制定和完善人力资源管理制度；
2、 负责建立三地公司的培训体系，根据公司发展需求及各部门计划建立健全培训体系，开发相应课程，建立内部培训师队伍；
3、 收集相关的劳动用工等人事政策及法规；
4、 执行招聘工作流程，协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；
5、完成所属地人事日常工作

二、行政工作：
1、组织制定公司行政管理制度、完善和细化办公管理体系和业务流程；
2、协助人事行政总监建立并执行公司年度行政计划，控制行政费用；
3、负责组织、协调安排公司的各种会议及大型活动；
4、管理行政日常事务工作；
5、协助对外联络与接待工作。

任职条件：
1、年龄在28-35岁，男女不限；
2、人力资源或工商管理类相关本科及以上学历；
3、具有国家二级人力资源师受训经历者优先；
4、五年以上相关工作经验，至少两年人事行政经理岗位任职；
5、对企业培训体系建设有实际操作并尤其擅长者； 有过企业大学从业经历亦可。
6、工作积极热情、善于沟通、具有极强的情绪管理能力及抗压能力。
