招聘职位：投资经理/助理（直投业务） 若干

任职要求：
﹣ 国内或国外知名大学本科以上学历。
﹣ 具有1年以上投资相关业务工作经验（包括投资银行、四大会计师事务所审计及财务咨询部、知名律师事务所证券业务部等），具备较好的资本市场知识基础。
﹣ 具有较强的逻辑思维能力与分析能力。
﹣ 对投资工作具有较高热情，有较好的抗压能力。
﹣ CPA、CFA优先考虑。

工作职责：
﹣ 在内部或外部始终保持职业形象与高质量的工作；
﹣ 深度参与尽职调查全过程，负责尽职调查计划制定，参与交易结构设计、条款设计与定价；
﹣ 负责项目工作底稿的整理与汇总，负责投资价值分析报告的撰写；
﹣ 组织项目组向公司管理层与投资决策委员会推荐与汇报项目情况；
﹣ 持续监督已投资公司经营状况，定期获取材料，包括但不限于董事会决议、股东会决议，财务月报，财务季报等，并对企业动态进行分析，及时报告重大经营异常，对已投资公司提出经营或管理建议；
﹣ 持续监督已投资公司上市进程，积极参加上市中介协调会议，帮助已投资公司协调各上市中介的工作，及时报告重大异常或风险，提出上市工作推进建议；
﹣ 负责公司已上市项目个股及行业跟踪，及时报告重大异常；
﹣ 负责指定行业持续研究和分析，跟踪行业内上市公司并形成分析报告等研究成果；
﹣ 参加各类行业会议，把握行业前沿信息，积累行业人脉，并挖掘投资机会；
﹣ 积极参与同行沟通，为公司建立良好的信誉，拓宽合作渠道；
﹣ 在指定行业以及区域内寻找潜在投资机会，发现目标公司；
﹣ 持续学习并更新投资相关专业知识，包括财务、金融、法律、商业等。

Position: Associate/Analyst
Job Requirements
﹣ Bachelor degree or above from well-reputed college.
﹣ With at least 1 year working experience in investment related field(including investment banking firm,personnel from Big 4 audit firm or financial consulting firm, well-reputed law firm ).
﹣ With strong logical thinking and analysis skills.
﹣ Enthusiasm for investment career and can deal with high pressure.
﹣ CICPA, CFA are preferable.

Job Responsibilities
﹣ Always ensuring the quality and professionalism in dealing with both internal and external parties；
﹣ Heavily involving in the due diligence process, taking charge of the due diligence planning, participating in the deal structure, terms and pricing;
﹣ Managing documentation, drafting the investment memo and the related presentation;
﹣ Recommending the selected investments to the investment committee;
﹣ Persistently monitoring the portfolio companies’ business status, reporting any significant unusualness noted, making management suggestions needed;
﹣ Persistently monitoring the portfolio companies’ IPO progress, participating in the coordination among the portfolio companies, the investment bankers, the auditors and the lawyers, reporting any significant unusualness noted, making suggestions needed;
﹣ Monitoring the listed portfolio companies and related industries, reporting the significant unusualness noted;
﹣ Conducting the research and analysis of the designated industries and the related public companies;
﹣ Participating in various forums to gather updates and social connections and to look for potential target companies;
﹣ Playing an active role in the private equity community in order to create a good reputation for the firm thus broadening the deal flows;
﹣ Sourcing in the designated areas and industries for potential target companies;
﹣ Persistently learning and updating knowledge of accounting, finance, legal and business, etc.

力元投资是一家专门从事直接股权投资、股权投资管理、投资咨询、证券投资、企业管理咨询的投资管理机构，注册资本5亿元。本次拟招聘人员将与上海力元投资公司签订劳动用工合同，工作地点在上海市浦东新区并在上海市缴纳五险一金。
