职位描述

Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator

1. Develop skill set to maintain and use our Customer Service Software system - OCTOPUS.
2. Update contact lists in Octopus, and maintain records in our customer service software system - OCTOPUS.
3. License Tracking (New licenses - prior to installation and Renewal of temp licenses atleast 15 days prior to expiry)
4. Site Readiness (SW and HW) - To ensure customer site readiness before any onsite visit (in coordination with the sales team)
5. Confirmation Letters/emails to customers on intervention dates and agreement
6. Engineer Mobility/Pending Interventions - Weekly updates
7. Timely submission of CS report. Provide details for Customer News letter
8. Maintenance of SSC updates, pending demos/ SW/HW interventions and updated list of completed demos and all other interventions
9. Send regular reminders to customers on the SSC/HWMC status expiry
10. Send per-call agreement to the non SSC/MC customers; ensure timely support is rendered to them from SA engineers/ASP engineers/E support team.
11. Ensure service invoice reaches customers on time
12. To ensure payment reminders in the Form of Letters/Mail before the due date
13. Telephone follow-up on the due date and updating of reports
14. Ensure the customer survey forms are dispatched to customers and duly filled forms are received on time.
15. Ensure timely shipment of spare parts from our factories in liaison with our Singapore office. Co-ordinate with our shipment agencies in this regards.

Education and qualification Required:

1. A valid Degree from a reputed University in China
2. 3-4 years of customer service administrator experience
3. Good knowledge of MS- Office products
4. Good computer operating skills
5. Written English is a must

Desirable:

1. Basic export/import document processing knowledge
2. Basic knowledge of Business Statistics
