职位描述
Responsibility:
· Work with the Manager to implement sales strategies to increase market penetration;
· Develop new customer, design and implement new business model considering partnerships to growth sales in this channel;
· Communicate timely with the organization about customers’ issues and opportunities. Prepare quotations to the customers according internal procedures. Follow and push business launch on time;
· Prepare and coordinate training programs to customers to sell more;
· Forecast short, medium and long term sales for identifying risks and opportunities to improve sales. Yearly price negotiation with customers;
· Administrate the business to reduce channel conflicts;
· Keep good relationship with customers and responsible for collecting customer s needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectation;
· Track account receivables to avoid past dues;
· Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- BA degree
with business/ technology or above; - Familiar
with commercial business in fleet - At least 5 years
sales experience in commercial vehicle parts industry - Good problem solving and information seeking, analysis skill
- Good impacting communications and internal resources managing skills
