Job Description:
The candidate will join R&D Center of Esterel Technologies China and perform validation activities of Esterel SCADE project (developed inside the company) under the responsibility of the team leader.
The location will be in the Shanghai Validation Office. In this position the candidate will:
Create and maintain test cases (manual and automatic),
Perform and analyze tests session execution,
Report defects and results,
Develop and implement programs for automation testing,
Analyze product requirements,
Communicate and closely work with products design engineers and software test engineers;
Perform verification activities during Esterel Technologies products life cycle.
Introduction of Esterel SCADE products:
SCADE Suite is an integrated development environment used to design, simulate and develop Safety-Critical Embedded Software in Aerospace & Defense, Rail Transportation, Energy and Heavy Equipment Industries.
SCADE Display is a flexible graphics design and code generation tool suite for the development of Safety-Critical Embedded display systems.
SCADE Solutions for ARINC 661 Compliant Systems are for creating both ARINC 661-compliant Cockpit Display Systems (CDS) and User Applications (UA).
Required Profile:
Honesty, loyalty, responsibility, with strong Self-learning ability and adaptability;
Good working attitude and sense of team-work;
Minimum of 1 year of experience in development and/or system testing; (You can be con-sidered if you have no work experience, but you have strong C skills or well trained in professional institution)
Master spoken and written English fluency (mandatory).
Required Skills:
Solid analytical, design, debugging and testing skills
Languages: C, C++, Java (Optional), UML (Optional)
Scripting languages: Perl , bash, or Tcl
Operating Systems: Windows XP/Win7
Configuration Management: SVN or equivalent
Knowledge of Code coverage
Optional validation tools: knowledge of tools like Winrunner, bugs tracking, requirements man-agement tools
Optional development tools: knowledge of tools like Labview, Rhapsody/Artisan UML, AbsInt aiT, Eclipse platform
